Booking your session is simple! Choose the service that best suits your needs, select a time that works for you, and complete your booking online. For group classes, just show up ready to move. One-on-one sessions and training programs can be tailored to your goals, ensuring a personalised experience that supports your journey.
cancellation
Life happens, and flexibility is important. If you need to cancel or reschedule, please do so at least 24 hours in advance to avoid cancellation fees. For workshops and teacher training, cancellations may have different policies—please check the specific details when booking.
materials & equipment
For group and private sessions, yoga mats and props are provided at the studio, but feel free to bring your own if you prefer. For teacher training and workshops, you may receive a recommended reading list and additional materials to support your learning journey. Comfortable clothing and an open mind are all you need!
