Soma Yoga was born from my passion for helping others find balance, strength, and peace through yoga. As a practitioner and teacher, I’ve experienced firsthand the transformative power of yoga—not only in improving physical health but also in fostering mental clarity and emotional well-being. After years of personal practice and training, I opened this studio to create a space where you can cultivate your own journey, whether you're looking to deepen your practice, build strength, or simply find a moment of calm. My mission is to guide you toward a life of balance, mindfulness, and empowerment through every pose, breath, and meditation.
Life is full of ups and downs, and yoga is the perfect practice to help us navigate it all. By fostering balance through physical postures, breath control, and meditation, I help students reconnect with their bodies and minds, creating harmony and a sense of calm in their everyday lives.
