  • Absolutely! My classes are designed to be welcoming for all levels, from complete beginners to experienced yogis. I provide modifications and guidance to ensure you feel comfortable and confident as you begin your yoga journey.

  • If you have your own mat and prefer to use it, feel free to bring it! Otherwise, I provide high-quality mats and props for all in-studio sessions. Just bring yourself and comfortable clothing, and I’ll take care of the rest.

    • Group classes offer a community atmosphere and structured flows suitable for all levels.

    • Private sessions are tailored one-on-one experiences designed to meet your specific goals, whether it’s flexibility, strength, or relaxation.

    • Yoga teacher training is for those looking to deepen their practice or become certified instructors, combining philosophy, anatomy, and hands-on teaching experience.

  • You can book a session easily through my website or by contacting me directly. I kindly ask for 24-hour notice for cancellations or reschedules, as this allows me to accommodate other clients.

  • Yes! Yoga is not about flexibility—it’s about connection, movement, and mindfulness. Flexibility will naturally improve over time, but the most important thing is to listen to your body and enjoy the journey.
